The power to heal

We all have the power to heal ourselves, this is no longer a riddle that only a few know the answer too, the exploration into personal truth is a great outcome of the vast information which is available to us at our finger tips.
Still many find it hard to truly heal themselves, for them and others around them healing oneself remains in the too hard to reach drawer.

There is a direct connection between emotional intelligence and the power to heal one self. One must have the courage to look at the pattern of their thoughts, understand that which is unhealthy and negative and simply let it go!

It  is hard for many to simply let go of an emotional habit as it becomes part of who they are. An unhealthy habit stops one form growing and allows negative energies to remain in the body, these energies turn into a physical manifestation defined by western medicine as a symptom or a disease.

These days I am working with kids at risk, from them I learn that this pattern of self-doubt starts at very young age, from them I learn that even though we have come a long way since the days when free speech was a crime and human ware used as slaves, we are still far from advance spices, we still repeat the thought process which was developed in the days of repression. We fear life and doubt all that is good.

If we wish to grow into stronger spices more evolved one, we need to retrain ourselves and pass on to our children an improved cognitive structure. We must have the strength to look fear in the eyes and have more faith in our ability to grow even if it starts with small steps

How does one gain emotional intelligence?
Open your ears and eyes to the way people react to you, try to see yourself through their eyes, have the courage to see the emotional blockage which holds you back, look at it, ask yourself where it originate from, find ways to forgive who and whatever is responsible for this emotional impact, make your peace with it and move on. Once you unload that emotion energy you'l make room for new fresh energy .

No matter how big is the deed which was done, you are the only one suffering when you carry it around with you,  the other person does not suffer from the weight of your baggage, emotional intelligence is the power to carry only the good with you and live in the moment as much as possible

The above is A mitzvah in the Jewish religion, in our nightly prayer which  we say before we go to bed, we forgive anyone who may have hurt us at any time and ask that no harm will be done to them on our account.
If you look a little closer at the Jewish practice you will find that it teaches positive thinking and emotional intelligence, it helps one to clean and purify its soul so that it can feel the love of that which is divine

The Fruit of suffering

The most asked question is 'Why do we need to suffer?' It usually asked with eyes looking upwards, with a blaming or confused feeling, knowing there is a possible answer to it all in the place where all life has originated from. Why does that power allow the suffering of the innocence? Why doesn't he step in and stop it from happening? I myself wonder the same thing again and again. From pure observation I find many answers to that question, non which will give comfort to those who are in suffering right now, but I hope to plant a seed in your mind, a seed that will grow to be part of your actions.

As one who is attracted to the mysterious part of life, I sit aside and watch the world go by, while I go about with my own challenges of whatever nature I share the same longing as any living being, the longing for life which is smooth and untroubled, what a wonderful life it would be if we all had love health wealth inspiration and courage, Can it be achieved? Is the great mysterious power the only one to grant it?

In other words we all looking for freedom from anything which tie us to that which we do not like or want to do, it really all that we ask for is it not? The freedom to do whatever we wish too without limitation of finance location intelligence health or emotions, FREEDOM!!

Freedom is one concept with which one can philosophy forever; Are we truly free? What about the price we have to pay in the name of freedom? Could it be that the need to feel free is the very reason for suffering? What if we asked to be free of the power by which we are created? Are we like children who ask Independence only when it suits us? Could Freedom be an allusion? Are birds free or are they simply act according to the lows by which their spices operate? Who wrote their journey? Can they choose another?

The answers to the above questions are very, for each one of the readers will have a different insight into their own life and the life of others,  most will be trapped in the emotions they feel about the things they do not have, these emotions are guaranteed to paralyse you and hold you back like a soaking child who didn't get his prize today. Before I ATTEMPT to give here an answer I would like you to first ask yourself this question: What have I done today to make the world a better place?

Our world could be heaven but most people look up to the sky in hope for 'that something' to make it so, no many seem to do more than just talk about how it should be and what should not happen, Every single one of us has the power to change the world, by doing just one good thing a day, if its helping an old lady or giving a meal to those in need or maybe saving and enamel form starvation or maybe a child for that matter, whatever it might be, as long as it is a good thing.

If I was the great mysterious power above looking down, I would think that we are not ready for purity for many seams to take advantage of that which is good, like taking off your government whatever you can, from your customer, friends or colleague. Before we ask something great to happen to us we need to make sure we will know how to care for it, now all that is left to ask is how much do you want it and what are you willing to do in order to change it?

Most of the great people in our world have suffered in one way or another, they become great once they have overcome the challenges in their life, their strength and courage paid off and they have grown smarter and stronger than they were before, it is the fruit of suffering that made them so, for without it they would have not look for growth, It is through suffering that greatness is born.
