The power to heal

We all have the power to heal ourselves, this is no longer a riddle that only a few know the answer too, the exploration into personal truth is a great outcome of the vast information which is available to us at our finger tips.
Still many find it hard to truly heal themselves, for them and others around them healing oneself remains in the too hard to reach drawer.

There is a direct connection between emotional intelligence and the power to heal one self. One must have the courage to look at the pattern of their thoughts, understand that which is unhealthy and negative and simply let it go!

It  is hard for many to simply let go of an emotional habit as it becomes part of who they are. An unhealthy habit stops one form growing and allows negative energies to remain in the body, these energies turn into a physical manifestation defined by western medicine as a symptom or a disease.

These days I am working with kids at risk, from them I learn that this pattern of self-doubt starts at very young age, from them I learn that even though we have come a long way since the days when free speech was a crime and human ware used as slaves, we are still far from advance spices, we still repeat the thought process which was developed in the days of repression. We fear life and doubt all that is good.

If we wish to grow into stronger spices more evolved one, we need to retrain ourselves and pass on to our children an improved cognitive structure. We must have the strength to look fear in the eyes and have more faith in our ability to grow even if it starts with small steps

How does one gain emotional intelligence?
Open your ears and eyes to the way people react to you, try to see yourself through their eyes, have the courage to see the emotional blockage which holds you back, look at it, ask yourself where it originate from, find ways to forgive who and whatever is responsible for this emotional impact, make your peace with it and move on. Once you unload that emotion energy you'l make room for new fresh energy .

No matter how big is the deed which was done, you are the only one suffering when you carry it around with you,  the other person does not suffer from the weight of your baggage, emotional intelligence is the power to carry only the good with you and live in the moment as much as possible

The above is A mitzvah in the Jewish religion, in our nightly prayer which  we say before we go to bed, we forgive anyone who may have hurt us at any time and ask that no harm will be done to them on our account.
If you look a little closer at the Jewish practice you will find that it teaches positive thinking and emotional intelligence, it helps one to clean and purify its soul so that it can feel the love of that which is divine
